One of our client, i.e. a software company that develops 3D visualization tools, product configurators, and digital showrooms for several industrial sectors is looking to hire a new Sales Manager for its Spanish branch.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the company’s commercial expansion and strengthening its market position in Spain. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, developing new strategic partnerships, and managing key client relationships within the retail and technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to increase market share and revenue in Spain.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the retail and tech sectors (furniture, home improvement, fashion, and consumer electronics).
  • Build and manage long‑term relationships with key enterprise clients and partners.
  • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and solution selling to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for regional and global leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in software, SaaS, or retail technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share in complex B2B environments.
  • Strong network within the retail industry and experience selling to C‑level executives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a growing, international organization.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
