A prominent life science consultancy in Barcelona seeks a Senior Manager for their Sales Force Effectiveness team. This leader will direct project delivery and manage a portfolio while supporting business development and mentoring team members. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in consulting, a strong understanding of CRM solutions, and excellent leadership skills. The role includes contributing to community growth and driving client relationships while overseeing project success and development of junior staff.
Within our Commercial Consulting domain, we are looking for a senior leader who has relevant experience in consulting with a strong focus on the Sales & Marketing value chain in the pharma & life sciences industry. This key role will act as a Leader of our Delivery Team of Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) practice that support pharma clients in their customer engagement transformation including migration of CRM for the field force.
As a Senior Manager SFE, you will take responsibilities for the following areas: Delivery management, business development & sales, people management and community leadership.
