Formación

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role.
  • Experience as a top-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) for 2+ years is acceptable.
  • A proactive and ambitious attitude towards sales and personal improvement.

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d) to contribute to our Sales Team's growth and success.

Your role at BizAway
  • Full Cycle Position: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing, at least during the first year.
  • Research and prospect new clients in the Benelux region.
  • Conduct outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Present our solutions to various stakeholders (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
  • Deliver live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
  • Lead negotiations from demo to contract.
  • Forecast sales revenue, maintaining visibility of your deal pipeline.
  • Act as an evangelist for our solutions, attending fairs and public events as needed.
  • Define quarterly and annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
  • Collaborate positively with SDRs and the Sales Team.
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve sales processes and growth.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with good English skills (both written and spoken).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performing SDR.
  • An 'No excuses' attitude, understanding success depends on your own effort.
  • Hunger for challenges and eagerness to improve daily.
  • Proactivity in proposing value-creating solutions and learning from mistakes.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

We are also interested in candidates with experience in:

  • SAAS Sales, Business Travel, or Start-ups.
