Responsibilities
- Be part of our Portuguese team at our Madrid office, with the main objective to support revenue growth by: Generate new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts in the Italian market, focusing on the Formalize product
- Identify, contact and communicate with potential customers or partners with the aim to organise client meetings
- Operate as an entrusted advisor and frontline ambassador towards our potential customers as you will be the first point of contact, building brand awareness towards our solutions and services
- Carefully design your prospecting strategies and reach out to set up meetings for our Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system, HubSpot
Qualifications and expectations
- Native proficiency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English
- Able to work 40 hours / week at our Madrid office
- It is not a requirement to have many years of sales experience, but it is a plus if you have. Most importantly, we are looking for people with the right drive and motivation
- You are responsible, positive and take ownership of your tasks
- A self-starter who is dedicated and not afraid of making mistakes and learn from them
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Experience in Sales or customer-facing roles
- Experience with prospecting and generating leads through outbound calls, emails and social media outreach
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or CRM tools (e.g. SalesForce and HubSpot)
