Formación

  • Support and engage with customers in Spanish via phone, email, and chat
  • Promote and sell products or services by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
  • Provide excellent service and resolve inquiries efficientlyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet project targets
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and positivity in every interaction
Requirements
  • Spanish proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Previous sales experience (required) preferably in phone-based, B2C, or B2B environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and motivated to achieve results
  • Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
