Una empresa multinacional de alimentos busca un Consultor de Ventas (autónomo) para impulsar el crecimiento en el mercado local de España. Se necesita fluidez en español y chino, experiencia previa en ventas, y habilidades de comunicación. El candidato ideal será motivado, organizado y amará la cocina asiática. La posición implica viajar frecuentemente y gestionar relaciones con clientes en el sector alimentario. Se ofrece un ambiente diverso y dinámico que valora la cultura y los valores de la empresa.

Formación

  • 2-3 años de experiencia en ventas o marketing en el sector FMCG.
  • Licencia de conducir europea válida.
  • Preparado para trabajar horas flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana.

Sales Consultant (Self-Employed / Autónomo) – Spain

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant (Spanish - Chinese Speaking) to drive growth in the local market. As outside sales representative, you will be responsible for initiating, managing, and growing business relationships with wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and other partners in the food industry.

This role requires frequent travel, strong relationship‑building skills, a passion for promoting high‑quality Asian food products, and the ability to operate as an independent consultant on a self‑employed basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Seek business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating potential in the industry.
  • Create new business relationships and manage existing accounts with restaurants, suppliers, wholesalers, supermarkets and other referral sources.
  • Sell and convert restaurant customers to use Lee Kum Kee products and increase the number of Lee Kum Kee SKUs that penetrate supermarkets, wholesalers and distributors.
  • Work with customers to avoid out‑of‑stock situations and support the sourcing of Lee Kum Kee products in restaurants.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
  • Participate in regional sales exhibits, trade shows and industry events, follow up on leads and educate customers on how to promote our products through presentations, product samples, conversations and literature.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
Education & Experience
  • University degree level or equivalent, a Business or Marketing degree an advantage.
  • 2–3 years of sales or marketing experience within FMCG.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication and analytical skills.
Requirements & Skills
  • Eligibility to work as a self‑employed (autónomo) consultant in Spain.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and Spanish.
  • Full European driving licence (the job will involve driving).
  • Good Microsoft Office skills to present business plans and analyse sales data independently.
  • Must be prepared to work flexible hours, even at weekends, with frequent travel.
  • Highly motivated, self‑driven, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, independent, good organiser with excellent self‑discipline.
  • Excellent negotiator when communicating with customers at all levels.
  • Chinese food lover / keen cook with knowledge of the working kitchen and good team player who appreciates Lee Kum Kee corporate culture and values.
