What you will do
  • Manage the renewals process for existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate contract updates.

  • Track and report on renewals activity, pipeline, and key metrics.

  • Contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Who you are
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, renewals, or related client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients professionally.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and reporting systems to track renewals and client interactions.
