Responsabilidades

  • Support customers by resolving ticket requests.
  • Enhance documentation regarding problem-solving and onboarding.
  • Drive customer campaigns through digital interactions.
  • Identify high potential and high-risk customers.
  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to Canonical products.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support for engagement plans.
  • Engage with customers to ensure risk identification.
  • Collect customer feedback for product reviews.
