• Based in Spain.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (a third language is a plus).
• Strong network within Construction Engineering or Energy industries.
• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Hands-on proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Identify and approach potential clients within the Construction Engineering and Energy sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure excellent delivery.
• Work independently while being supported by our remote team.
