Remote Cruise Consultant

Job Description :

Join our reputable travel agency as a Cruise Consultant where youll have the opportunity to work remotely providing exceptional service to clients looking to book their dream cruises. This is a unique business opportunity perfect for avid cruisers with a passion for travel and a desire to help others plan their ideal vacations.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in selecting and booking cruises ensuring their travel preferences and budget are met.

Provide expert knowledge on various cruise lines itineraries and destinations with a focus on Caribbean islands.

Handle all aspects of the booking process including reservations payments and special requests.

Maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Stay informed about the latest cruise industry trends promotions and travel regulations.

Qualifications

Passion for cruising with significant personal cruise experience preferred not required. We provide the training.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Self-motivated and organized capable of managing time and priorities effectively.

Comfortable with technology and able to navigate booking systems and client management software.
