We are searching for multilingual Real Estate Agents / Lister speaking English and another native / advanced language to work in the Safor area.

Tasks

• Listing properties in your assigned area prospecting and networking
• Verifying all necessary property documentation and securing mediation agreements with owners while adhering to company commission policies
• Client relationships by providing regular updates and reports to vendors on market status and Blue Square listed properties
• Updating our CRM with client requirements and maintaining your database to meet commercial requirements
• Live in requested area

Requirements

Fluency in English is essential with another native / advanced tongue such as Spanish, Dutch, German or French.

• Driving licence
• Residency: Safor Marina Alta
• Autónomo status
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills self-motivation
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work in an international team
• With a can-do attitude organized flexible and hands-on
• Customer service skills ideally with experience working with demanding national and international clients
