A leading real estate agency in Costa del Sol is seeking an experienced real estate agent. You will identify and engage buyers, manage property sales, and build long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is driven, able to work independently, and speak English and Swedish fluently. Formación

  • Experience as a real estate agent with a proven sales record.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

As a real estate agent your responsibilities will include:

Identify and contact buyers that want to buy their dream home and/or invest in a property.

You will have ongoing contact with both buyers and sellers, and you will be responsible for identifying and managing new properties to be sold.

Enjoy creating long‑term customer relationships and work fast.

Have the ability to take your own initiative and enjoy working independently, while being able to offer creative solutions.

Flexible working hours; when the customer is available for a viewing, you need to be on site at the property.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an experienced and driven real estate agent, who loves sales and doing business. The ability to take initiative, work independently, and provide creative solutions are key attributes for success in this position.

You have a driving licence and your own car, and speak English and Swedish more or less fluently. If you are fluent in a third language such as Dutch, German, French, Danish, Finnish or Polish it is an advantage.

Previous experience within the real estate business on this coast and a proven track record of sales is a huge advantage.
