A leading food company in Málaga is looking for an R&D Process Technician Trainee to support the development of food processes, from formulation to packaging. This role offers a great chance for recent graduates to kickstart their career in Food Process Development while working in a dynamic, international environment. The ideal candidate has a degree in Food Engineering or related fields and proficiency in English.

Formación

  • Recent graduate with a degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or similar.
  • Minimum English proficiency at B2 level; French or Italian are a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn with a hands-on approach.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the development of new food processes from formulation to packaging.
  • Assist in the validation of new production lines and prepare technical documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and product quality.

Conocimientos

Good command of MS Office Suite

R&D Process Technician Trainee

At Bolton Food, we are looking for an R&D Process Trainee to join our R&D Team. This internship is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in Food Process Development while contributing to the design, validation, and optimization of food processes in a dynamic, international environment. You will support the development of new food processes—from formulation to packaging—collaborate with suppliers and technical teams, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of new food processes – from formulation to packaging.
  • Assist in the validation of new production lines and prepare technical documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Document and standardize processes to build a global knowledge base across plants.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or similar (recent graduate).
  • Good command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum English proficiency at B2 level. French or Italian are a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a hands-on approach.
