What Will You Do

As an experienced Head of Quality, you will perform the following tasks:

Main Purpose of Job

Manage the maintenance of the quality management system, supervise the correct execution of procedures and technical instructions to meet company quality standards.

Create and monitor Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) for projects executed in HES, communicate with customers regarding ITPs, follow up and assess documents received from suppliers, and collect supporting documents for projects.

Accountabilities

• Prepare, monitor, and analyze external and internal non-conformities, identify quality issues, and coordinate corrective actions with involved departments.
• Represent the company in meetings and commercial discussions with clients regarding quality issues, supporting the Head of Quality.
• Perform quality controls on processes and products to ensure compliance with specifications (Rotors, Packages, Elements, Seals, Spare Parts, Structures).
• Make decisions on manufacturing stoppages if procedures are breached or product quality is at risk, communicating with the Head of Quality.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require

• Residence in Cartagena (Murcia)
• Travel approximately 5%

Your Experience Should Be...

Essential skills, knowledge, and behaviors

• Technical engineering (Industrial specialty)
• High proficiency in English
• Proficiency with Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Postgraduate training in ISO 9001:2015 and management systems, preferably a master's degree in quality management

Desirable skills, knowledge, and behaviors

• Advanced engineering knowledge
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in quality management
• Knowledge of environmental management, occupational health, and safety
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications
