A clinical research organization is seeking a Norwegian speaking anthropologist, sociologist, or psychologist to conduct phone-based interviews for clinical trials. Candidates must be fluent in both Norwegian and English, have a master's degree in a relevant field, and possess experience with qualitative interviews. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and is set to start in early 2026.

Overview

At CLINIGMA, we are looking for a Norwegian speaking anthropologist, sociologist, psychologist or similar to conduct qualitative semi-structured patient interviews with Norwegian participants of clinical trials.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting phone-based interviews with participants of clinical trials
  • Reviewing the Norwegian transcripts of the interview
  • Reviewing the translated transcript into English

The project will be starting in early 2026.

Qualifications
  • Be fluent in Norwegian
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have practical experience with conducting semi-structured in-depth interviews
  • Have a minimum of a master\'s degree in anthropology, sociology, psychology, or similar
  • Be in a time zone that is compatible with European time zone

It\'s a plus if you have experience with working in a clinical setting or with medical issues.
