This role involves close collaboration with various teams and managing key data to drive strategic decisions.

Your new Role
  • Compensation Analysis : Analyze compensation grades across all markets to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with compensation policies.
  • Benchmarking : Coordinate local and international benchmarking efforts, support local market initiatives, and analyze the financial impact of proposed changes.
  • Data Management : Collect compensation data and ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and reports.
  • Insights & Reporting : Present detailed reports with actionable insights on compensation trends, pay equity, and market positioning.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with People Teams, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations on compensation adjustments and retention strategies.
Your Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Expertise in analyzing compensation data, conducting benchmarking studies, and interpreting market trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and experience with HRIS (preferably Workday) or compensation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including negotiating contracts with vendors and collaborating across diverse teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English and preferably at least one other European language.
