Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Experience as a PMO, PM Assistant, or Customer Support is a plus.
• High level of English; CV to be sent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects for the German company Carl Zeiss Medizintechnik.
• Work with various departments using agile tools.
• Manage project deadlines and risk analysis.
• Handle changes to the project components.

Responsibilities

• Project coordination for the German company Carl Zeiss Medizintechnik
• Teamwork with different departments (development, quality, regulatory, technology, purchasing, Product Owner, etc.) using agile tools (Jira)
• Project overview, risk analysis, and problem resolution, as well as responsibility for project deadlines
• Managed changes (software, mechanical, electronic) to the microscope

Qualifications / Requirements

• Fluent in German (C1)
• Background: Engineering or similar
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience (more seniority is a plus)
• Good knowledge of project management
• Location: Seville
• Experience as a PMO, PM Assistant, Customer Support, etc., or related
• Very good soft skills, good communication with clients
• Organizational skills (managing several projects in parallel)
• Problem-solving
