We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect (Spanish speaking, BIM Experienced), to join our team for an exciting project in Madrid. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in architectural design, BIM expertise, and a passion for working on large-scale, geometrically complex, and international projects. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage BIM processes and ensure seamless collaboration across all project stages. Familiarity with Spanish regulations and experience in infrastructure projects is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BIM processes across all project stages, from Concept Design to Construction Documentation.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of BIM-based projects.
• Oversee the development and management of BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Spanish regulations and standards, particularly for infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical expertise in Revit, including modeling, documentation, and data management.
• Facilitate interoperability workflows between Rhino and Revit, utilizing tools such as Rhino.Inside and MKS Beam.
• Support the team with scripting solutions (Dynamo, Grasshopper, and/or Python) to optimize workflows and enhance project efficiency.
• Maintain a strong focus on architectural design principles and construction techniques throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing, to present ideas and coordinate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in architectural design and BIM.
• Proven experience in all project stages, from Concept Design to Construction Documentation.
• Experience with Spanish regulations and experience in infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Experience in large scale, international, geometrically-complex projects is very important.
• Proficiency in Revit, and good understanding of delivering projects in BIM, are a must.
• Proficiency in Rhinoceros and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Experience with Rhino.Inside, MKS Beam and other Rhino/Revit interoperability workflow is a plus.
• Scripting skills (Dynamo, Grasshopper and/or Python) are a plus.
• A good understanding of construction industry regulations and standards.
• Strong background in architectural design principles and construction techniques.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (presenting, speaking, reading, writing).
