Responsabilidades

• Implementar y personalizar sistemas core de seguros como Guidewire, TIA o INSIS.
• Asegurar la alta calidad de las soluciones implementadas.
• Desarrollar sistemas internos como parte del equipo de I+D.
• Diseñar soluciones IT y preparar documentación.
• Cooperar directamente con los clientes como miembro activo de un equipo ágil.

Conocimientos

Fluidez en español e inglés

Experiencia comercial en programación orientada a objetos (preferentemente Java)

Buen entendimiento de patrones de diseño y buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software

Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo

Capacidad para aprender rápidamente

Disposición para aprender nuevas tecnologías

Disponibilidad para viajar regularmente

How exactly will you be applying all your skills and talents?

• Implementing and customizing core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA or INSIS
• Assuring high quality and maturity of implemented solutions
• Developing our own systems as a part of internal R&D team
• Designing IT solutions, supporting IT architecture decisions and preparing documentation
• Creating unit testsCooperating directly with our clients as an active member of an agile project team

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Commercial experience in any OOP (preferably Java) programming language.
• Good understanding of design patterns, software engineering and best practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Readiness to travel regularly.
