A leading sustainability firm in Valencia, Spain is seeking a highly motivated individual for a remote role in investment analysis and project management. The candidate will collaborate with the operations team on market research and financial projections. Applicants should be fluent in English and have advanced skills in Microsoft Applications, alongside a strong understanding of financial concepts. Formación

• Previous academic or work exposure to modelling in Excel.
• Theoretical understanding of financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, and discount rates.

Responsabilidades

• Support cash flow, IRR projections, and scenario analysis for land purchase decisions.
• Assist in designing and delivering quarterly / annual reports on financial, climate, and community outcomes.
• Conduct in-depth research on the Voluntary Carbon Market and competitor analysis.
• Manage CRM tools and support the Sales team ahead of major events.
• Provide operational and strategic support to our leadership team.

Conocimientos

Advanced use of Microsoft Applications

Fluency in English

Ability to work autonomously

Familiarity with Google Suite

Overview

Responsibilities

• Investment Analysis: Support cash flow, IRR projections, and scenario analysis for land purchase decisions.
• Investment Management: Assist in designing and delivering quarterly / annual reports covering financial, climate, and community outcomes.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM) and competitor analysis.
• Sales Support: Manage CRM tools and support the Sales team ahead of major events.
• Strategic Assistance: Provide operational and strategic support to our leadership team.

Qualifications

• Advanced use of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Previous academic or work exposure to modelling in Excel.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work autonomously and diligently in remote settings.
• Familiarity with Google Suite, amongst other remote working tools.
• Theoretical understanding of financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, and discount rates.
