Must-haves:

- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations with empathy and transparency, delivering detailed and accurate communication and execution.
- Strong analytical skills to explore and analyze data from various sources (quantitative and qualitative) beyond pre-built dashboards.
- Deep understanding of cross-functional team dynamics, with proven experience collaborating with research, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, legal, or business teams to deliver results.
- Experience defining product hypotheses using competitive benchmarking or other methods, and testing them through experiments.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in digital products.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, valuing occasional in-person meetings at the office for projects or team bonding.
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with outcome-based planning; we value common sense over frameworks.
- Experience in real estate platforms or marketplaces.
- Ability to conduct user research as needed.
- Proficiency with SQL or other analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Italian, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
What you’ll do:
- Define product strategy with stakeholders and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor market and competition to inform product decisions.
- Analyze user and internal data to identify opportunities.
- Create datasets and insights to support decision-making.
- Translate user and business needs into actionable requirements with UX collaboration.
- Work with developers to prioritize and manage the backlog for timely delivery.
- Track product performance and evaluate impact with data.
- Communicate updates regularly to internal teams.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers for consistency across products.
- Lead go-to-market plans with Marketing for product updates or launches.
