Overview

You will be part of a dynamic digital team, playing a crucial role in shaping the evolution of our diverse product portfolio. You are tasked with ensuring that product features meet customer needs and align with strategic business objectives. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and prioritize features to optimize each release cycle's impact. A strong technical foundation is required, as well as experience working in a technical team and interacting at a technical level.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Product Visioning: Work in close collaboration with stakeholders to align the product vision and strategy with broader organizational goals.
• Feedback Utilization: Incorporate customer and user feedback into product development decisions, ensuring outcomes meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
• Roadmap Development and Prioritization: Craft and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features based on input from stakeholders, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• User Story Development: Generate detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to convey product requirements to the development team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central point of communication between the development team and non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile Methodology Engagement: Participate in agile development cycles, facilitating efficient and on-schedule delivery of product features.
• Performance Measurement: Analyze product performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making.
• Feature Prioritization and Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage product features, balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Product Management Experience: At least 2+ years in a product management role, demonstrating success in managing digital products.
• Understanding of Software Development: Proficient in software crafting within an agile development environment.
• Technology Awareness and Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern technology stacks and digital product environments.
