At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a talented Process Operation Assistant with fluent Spanish, Chinese and English to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.
1. Process support: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business processes and procedures.
2. Workflow monitoring: Monitor and report on process performance, productivity, quality, and safety metrics.
3. Data management: Compile data, create reports, and maintain records related to business processes.
4. Communication: Coordinate with internal and external parties, answer inquiries, and help disseminate information in a timely manner.
5. Team assistance: Provide support to team members, help with daily tasks, and ensure workflow consistency.
