A human resources company is hiring a Process Operation Assistant to support business operations in Madrid. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Spanish, English, and Chinese, possess a degree in Business Administration, and have 1–3 years of administrative experience. At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for a talented Process Operation Assistant with fluent Spanish, Chinese and English to work in a world leading multinational company in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.

Main responsibilities

1. Process support: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business processes and procedures.

2. Workflow monitoring: Monitor and report on process performance, productivity, quality, and safety metrics.

3. Data management: Compile data, create reports, and maintain records related to business processes.

4. Communication: Coordinate with internal and external parties, answer inquiries, and help disseminate information in a timely manner.

5. Team assistance: Provide support to team members, help with daily tasks, and ensure workflow consistency.

  • Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Providing comprehensive and administrative support to ensure efficient operations at the office
Requirements
  • Hold a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Have 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • High level of English, Spanish and Chinese;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and Microsoft package;
Conditions of the position
  • Contract Type: Indefinite
  • Location: Madrid. 100% on-site
  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30-18:30 and Friday 9:30-16:00 with the breaks established by law
  • Salary range: 21. 000-33. 000€.
  • 200 per month in restaurant card
