Formación

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our chemical plant team. This role is responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining production processes while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will actively participate in investment projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and process standardization.

Your responsibilities
  • Analyze and solve problems using continuous improvement methodologies, identifying and eliminating root causes.
  • Define and apply setting standards to ensure proper interaction between equipment and materials.
  • Compile technical information in manuals and ensure operators and technicians are fully trained and qualified.
  • Keep maintenance management systems up to date and ensure compliance.
  • Participate in industrialization trials on production lines.
  • Collaborate on investment projects: financial analysis, scheduling, CAPEX management, and timeline monitoring.
  • Evaluate contractor offers, lead negotiations, and prepare contracts.
  • Optimize production line processes, proposing improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Update and maintain P&IDs and other technical documentation.
The experience we're looking for
  • Higher education in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, managing large-scale projects in terms of cost and technical complexity.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
  • Independence, accuracy, and availability.
  • Action-oriented mindset, ability to prioritize, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency.

Salary : Based on experience

Flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday 08:30 AM - 5:30 PM, intensive Friday.
