Job Overview

As a seasoned IT professional, you will be responsible for guiding teams and making strategic technical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Own the technical debt backlog and serve as the interface between product owners, architecture, and teams.
• Maintainability: Guide through design patterns and software implementation best practices.
• Code Quality: Manage library dependencies and tools to ensure clean and high-quality code.
• Testing: Guide testing practices following the strategy and plan from quality assurance.
• Functional Requirements: Collaborate with quality assurance and product owners in epic-level planning.
• Deployability: Define and review CI / CD pipelines.
• Security: Identify potential security issues and technical debt.
• Observability: Collaborate with the architect to define observability requirements.
• Performance and Scalability: Review and support the team in implementing load tests.

Requirements

• Leadership: Ability to guide teams effectively.
• Experience in Test-Driven Development, Pair Programming, and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment practices.
• Familiarity with cloud environments.
• Expertise in handling repositories and GitHub workflows.
