We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

1. Observe platform and merchant performance and detect issues proactively to mitigate risks in partnership with Engineering teams.
2. Communicate with merchants in real-time during incidents and provide accurate, updated information to keep them informed.
3. Collaborate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Reliability teams to improve monitoring strategies and increase reliability.
4. Lead initiatives and develop automation tools to enhance operations and monitoring effectiveness.
5. Investigate alerts and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve logging and alert systems.
6. Mitigate merchant impact risks by acting on alerts in partnership with Engineering and document learnings in the monitoring playbook.
7. Prioritize, automate, and scale detection capabilities continuously.

• Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
• Docker, Kubernetes

• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Location and Schedule:

• Madrid (Hybrid model)
• 16x5 shifts (7-15hs / 15-23hs) + On Call
