We’re looking for a hardworking, hands‑on and dynamic Performance and Marketing Manager based in Barcelona to drive all Impress marketing activities for one of our key European markets.

Responsibilities

• Drive all Impress marketing and creative activities for one of our key European markets.
• Take care of all marketing operations across the country, with the mission to digitalize the orthodontic experience for patients.
• Ensure maximum traffic conversion & drive revenue by increasing sales through marketing activities while reducing CAC.
• Stay on top of health‑tech market trends and support market research efforts where required.
• Localise, develop and coordinate promotional campaigns and other marketing efforts across all channels (digital, press, TV, social, etc. ).
• Collaborate with the PR / influencers team to build our community online.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports on performance

What you need to be successful:

• Proven experience in a similar role, in a large scale start-up, ideally within the health‑tech sector.
• Strong knowledge of at least one European market (Germany, Netherlands, or another relevant country).
• Solid hands‑on experience running Meta and TikTok Ads, with a strong track record of managing and optimizing campaigns end‑to‑end;
• Ability to implement marketing techniques over all digital and non‑digital channels.
• Both creative and analytical mindset.
• Roll‑Up‑The‑Sleeves Style: You enjoy an entrepreneurial atmosphere that requires you take ownership of the initiatives and to be comfortable in an environment with lean staffing.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, you know how to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences.
• Fluent in English and ideally at least another European language.
