Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our payroll and human resources team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, leading, and optimizing payroll and HR administration processes for a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees.

The role will play a key part in organizing and prioritizing tasks, as well as driving continuous process improvement. Additionally, the position will be actively involved in global projects such as the implementation of internal employee request management tools and the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module, in collaboration with international teams.
