A leading business solutions provider is seeking a Partnerships Manager to expand market presence in Costa Blanca North, Spain. This role involves acquiring and managing key partnerships while driving new business revenue growth. Candidates should have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Spanish or other European languages is a plus.

As our Partnerships Manager at Lumon, you'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and influence by acquiring, activating, and driving new business revenue growth through a portfolio of partners.
You will focus on business development, acquiring new accounts, and cultivating long-term relationships within the real estate, legal, financial and banking sectors. This role requires a strong hunter mindset to find and secure new business opportunities within a defined market segment and/or geographic territory, as well as a farmer approach to maintain, nurture, and grow these accounts over time.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster new business while also expanding relationships with existing clients to achieve Lumon’s sales goals.
