A global HR platform is hiring a Sales Development Representative to assist prospective and current customers. This role involves engaging with leads, qualifying opportunities, and supporting sales teams. Candidates should have strong sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and be fluent in English, French, and Dutch or Flemish. The position is fully remote with flexible hours and provides comprehensive benefits.

Sales is the team responding to incoming queries and helping customers understand how to maximise Remote's full suite of products to meet their employment needs. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally. The base salary range for this full-time position is between $21,490 USD to $48,335USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
