Main tasks :
- Coordinate and control logistics involved in loading, discharging, and blending Crude, maintaining close communication with suppliers, customers, inspection companies, shipping agents, ship-owners, logistics, and planning departments.
- Manage and optimize physical operations of the North Sea trading portfolio, including equity, third-party, and traded cargoes.
- Work with traders on instructions related to Crude, sampling, testing, storage, and tank management. Contribute to finding the best blends to add value.
- Manage voyage orders, invoices, vessel nominations, Letters of Credit, cargo insurance, and ensure compliance with import/export requirements and taxes.
- Track and maintain all operational documents systematically.
- Prepare and agree on Cargo Invoice Price Calculations and ensure timely invoicing.
- Support demurrage and costs management, including ancillary costs and their resolutions.
- Participate in the evaluation of inspection companies and agencies.
- Ensure timely registration of all operational information per company procedures.
- Balance tank inventories, monitor gains/losses, track terminal costs, and ensure contract compliance.
- Interact with internal and external customers with a commercial approach.
- Build and maintain good relationships with the operations team of relevant counterparts.
- Analyze operations, market trends, and procedures to identify and implement improvements.

You will fit the position if :
- You are goal-oriented and detail-focused, with at least 4 years of experience in Crude Oil/Products operations, including sourcing, blending, contracts, storage, marine vessel operations, scheduling, and market analysis.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in economics, business, chemistry, or equivalent experience.
- You have advanced knowledge of the international oil business and maritime operations.
- You possess proven experience in Crude and Products operations.
- You are proficient with office tools and IT systems.
- You have exemplary negotiation skills.
- You can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring 24/7 responsiveness, with strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Spanish language skills are highly valued.
