On-site Support Engineer Role in Madrid

About the Role :
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Support Engineer to join our global IT operations team in Madrid, Spain
Key Responsibilities :
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure SLA compliance
Manage OS patching, updates, and security baselines across Windows, Linux, and macOS
Provide advanced troubleshooting for OS, network, hardware, and enterprise applications
Support Microsoft 365, Intune, and Jamf environments
Coordinate with remote (India-based) IT teams and vendors to resolve issues efficiently
Handle laptop onboarding / offboarding and local IT operations
Required Skills & Experience :
2–4 years of IT Support / Desktop / Field Engineer experience
Strong technical skills across Windows, Linux (Ubuntu / Red Hat), and macOS
Hands-on experience with Intune or Jamf MDM tools
Experience managing OS updates, patching, and endpoint security
Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills
English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
