Formación

  • Minimum of 3 years in technical support roles for end-users.
  • Strong understanding of PC hardware skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Support of PCs, laptops, telephones, and printing devices.
  • Configure, build and install hardware.
  • Process help desk tickets for employees and contractors.
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives.
  • Provide assistance in other countries in the EMEA region when required.
