Mission and responsibilities

As an Onboarding Process & Operations Expert, you will join the processes and operations team at Openbank, within the Onboarding & Customer department. The main responsibility is to ensure that processes and operational tasks are complete, efficient, automated, controlled, and customer‑oriented.

The main tasks of this position will be the following:

  • Process analyst with operational background, ideally focused on customer processes such as communications, password management and all services provided to customers.
  • Identify requirements from different stakeholders (Business, Product, Legal, Compliance, etc.) and build a common solution for all areas.
  • Process definition and diagrams with BPMN methodology. Basic knowledge of tools: APPIAN, ARIS, INVISIO, BIZAGI, Confluence.
  • Generation of support documentation; diagram flows, operating model, data model.
  • Design of user stories in JIRA for development teams, and other ways to transfer requirements to them.
  • Design of test plans so that test teams can execute tests ensuring the expected behavior of the software.
  • Identification of SLAs and continuous improvement of tasks and operations budget with a process automation mindset.
  • Control model definition for operation: KPI definition, implementation in PRO and execution; identifying needs and improving the control model.
  • Change management; preparation of documentation and transfer of knowledge to BBOO users through training sessions.
To be successful in the role you must have
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • University or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, ADE or a similar field.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
  • Good command of Excel and Office tools.
  • Jira and Confluence will be desirable.
  • Strong ownership and proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in Operations Backoffice.
  • Basic knowledge of BPM tools: APPIAN, ARIS, INVISIO, BIZAGI, Confluence.
