About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and client focused Onboarding Account Manager fluent in German, to join a vibrant, fast growing team in Barcelona. In this hybrid role, you will onboard new clients, guide them through the setup of their digital marketing and PPC campaigns, and act as their trusted advisor. You’ll help craft tailored solutions that meet their objectives, manage CRM data carefully, support upselling and longterm growth opportunities, and collaborate effectively across teams all while keeping a results driven approach.

What You Bring
  • Native or fluent German (spoken and written), and strong English (C1 level)
  • University degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience; marketing or communications study background is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles ideally with experience managing client relationships, digital marketing or campaign-based work
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms; familiarity with leveraging AI tools to support productivity and outreach is a benefit
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills able to communicate clearly across diverse audiences
  • Self motivated, solution-oriented mindset, capable of working independently while meeting targets
  • Analytical thinking, market awareness (especially the German market), and ability to adapt proposals to client needs
