Overview

Are you passionate about administrative support, corporate communication, and client service? This opportunity offers a dynamic professional environment with diverse tasks and interaction across different business areas.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative management and internal support
    • Handling client calls and emails.
    • Welcoming and attending to clients in person.
    • Organizing mail, correspondence, and physical / digital filing.
    • Coordinating bookings (meeting rooms, travel, events) and general office services.
    • Providing administrative support to various departments and senior management.
  • Client service and document support
    • Managing electronic platforms for contracts and certificates.
    • Monitoring and archiving electronic notifications.
    • Submitting ETE forms and filing tax declarations.
    • Supporting corporate platforms (SUASOR, RedTrust, Postal Neos).
    • Verifying clients in VIES and uploading documentation.
  • Communication and training
    • Writing, translating, and proofreading texts (Spanish / English).
    • Supporting corporate publications (website, blog, LinkedIn).
    • Training clients on the use of digital platforms.
    • Managing content and internal training in Confluence.
What we’re looking for
  • Education in Administration, Communication, Translation, or similar fields.
  • High level of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of digital tools and collaborative platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer orientation.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a stable professional environment.
