A real estate company in Marbella is seeking an Office Administrator to manage daily operations, support agents, and provide a welcoming experience for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience in administration, and be a confident communicator in English. Training will be provided for CRM and marketing tasks, making this a great opportunity to grow within a supportive team environment. Competitive salary with optional commission for client support is offered.
Location: Marbella office
Working Hours (Seasonal): October to March: Monday–Friday 10:00–16:00; April to September: Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Office Administrator to run the day-to-day operations of our Marbella office. You’ll be the hub of the team — supporting agents, keeping everything running smoothly, and ensuring clients visiting the office receive a professional, welcoming experience.
If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in being reliable, and like the idea of being trained into multiple areas (admin, marketing, listings support, client walk-ins), this role will suit you.
Training Provided: CRM process, social posting workflows, listing support, and internal procedures.
