Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional first impression and building long‑term trust.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding small and medium‑size businesses in the adoption of advanced cloud technologies.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to maximize customer potential in the cloud.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to drive up‑selling and cross‑selling initiatives.
  • Gather critical insights and relay feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings and product development.
  • Manage customer interactions with a high degree of professionalism and negotiation skill.
Requirements
  • Professional fluency in Norwegian (C1/C2) and advanced proficiency in English.
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT sales, sales account management, or customer relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • A goal‑oriented, proactive mindset with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Bonus: Experience selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365, or holding a Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
