• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.

• Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
