As a Key Account Manager, your primary mission will be to manage and expand relationships with our client's accounts focused on offering our services portfolio. Your role is crucial in driving sales growth and maintaining the high quality of customer service that defines our client's brand. Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with company objectives and customer needs focused on a consultancy offering.

Collaborate with other departments such as product and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth within the service portfolio.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend service innovations and improvements.

Monitor and report on the performance of every account, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the consulting industry selling B2B services to different companies of a variety of sectors.

Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
