All teachers are offered a full‑time permanent contract from day one of working in our schools. We have our own internal pay structure with our salary set significantly above the national salary for teachers in Spain. In addition, we have an incremental system that enables teachers who remain with us to receive an increased salary each year.

We support teaching staff with all aspects of relocation, including pastoral care, social security registration and accommodation assistance.

Salary: 29,500€ per annum (approximately 25,070€ after tax for a 15% reduction).
Accommodation costs: In Valencia 650–700€; closer to Alzira or near the mountains/beach 550–600€.
