We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of master data processes within the Regional Hub of an international company.

Our client is a leading global company in the beauty sector, managing an iconic portfolio of brands with a strong commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

Your functions

We are looking for a Customer Service Master Data Analyst, responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of master data processes within the Regional Hub. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality master data execution and overseeing data processes from the Shared Service Center.

The role is essential for driving efficiency in master data management and ensuring seamless customer service operations.

The main goals for this role include:

1. Master Data Readiness & Quality

  • Deliver KPIs for on-time and accurate data setup for local product activation, PIPO management, customer setup, logistics configuration, CPI, and pricing conditions.
  • Ensure data readiness for new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Build capability within Sales and Marketing teams to follow global standards and provide correct information in input templates.

2. Governance of Master Data Execution

  • Own master data execution processes, ensuring alignment with standards and compliance.
  • Develop and enforce protocols for master data handling and updates.
  • Act as custodian of master data quality, implementing best practices and continuous improvements.

3. Oversee Shared Service Center Execution

  • Monitor and ensure quality of master data execution by the Shared Service Center.
  • Conduct quality checks to validate data accuracy and SLA adherence.
  • Provide feedback to drive improvements.

4. Data Sharing & Analytics

  • Share master data insights with the Senior Analyst & Key Leader in the Regional Hub.

The essential skills for this role include:

  • Bachelor’s or vocational training in Data Management or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in master data management or related areas.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP and data governance tools.
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data governance and master data principles.
  • Understanding of customer and product master data processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, especially with remote teams.
