Mission

Support the sales and development team to grow the Europe & Africa region's business by providing strategic marketing support, from shaping key account plans to creating compelling, insight-driven content that resonates with clients.

You will be the regional expert on brand strategies, consumer trends, and fragrance innovation, helping craft standout proposals. Lead cross-functional projects with teams like Perfumery, Evaluation, and R&D to bring ideas to life.

Functions

  1. Act as a strategic partner to the EA Sales Team by co-leading client initiatives and preparing cross-category presentations aligned with global marketing strategies, tailored to client needs.
  2. Brief the Fragrance Development Management (FDM) Team with clear, insight-driven fragrance concepts that meet client expectations.
  3. Contribute regional insights to the Global Marketing Team, ensuring EA’s needs are reflected in global marketing plans.
  4. Equip and train the EA Sales Team on new technologies and launches, collaborating with R&D and Evaluation teams for compelling marketing stories.
  5. Monitor market dynamics, product innovations, claims, and consumer behavior in the Fine Fragrance, Home Care, Personal Care, and Air Care categories within the region.
  6. Ensure seamless access to global marketing tools for the EA Sales Team to support client interactions.
  7. Collaborate on designing and executing marketing events, roadshows, and client presentations tailored to regional priorities.
  8. Participate actively in Sales Team meetings to ensure alignment and follow-up on initiatives.
  9. Align marketing initiatives with the region’s business goals to support the Sales Team’s success.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing and Business Management.
  2. At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong track record in B2C FMCG or B2B Fragrance House sectors.
  3. Understanding of the fragrance industry and categories like Personal, Home, and Air Care.
  4. Proficient in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and digital technologies.
  5. Willingness to travel up to 40%.
  6. Languages: English (proficient), Spanish and Italian (desirable).
