Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our in-house marketing activities from our office in San Pedro Alcántara, Marbella. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in digital marketing, content, and brand development within a premium wellness setting.

You will work closely with senior marketing and management, assisting with website updates, SEO support, campaigns, events, and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and update website texts and page layouts using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
• Assist with on-page SEO optimization under guidance (titles, descriptions, headings, internal links)
• Support digital marketing campaigns and ad placements (Google Ads, social media, email marketing)
• Assist in planning and preparing marketing and brand events (wellness events, networking, promotional activities)
• Conduct online research on competitors, markets, and potential partners
• Support outreach activities and maintain organized contact lists (email outreach, contact list building)
• Assist with general marketing administration and coordination (digital files, content libraries)

Requirements

• Interest or previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications
• Basic understanding of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO principles
• Strong written English skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working full-time from an office environment
