A global biopharmaceutical company in Cataluña is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor II to lead safe operations and ensure effective team deployment while complying with regulatory standards. The role involves providing operational guidance, enhancing team performance, and ensuring compliance with quality systems. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry. The position requires availability for 2nd or 3rd shift work.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience supervising or leading a functional team.
• Experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of safety, quality systems, and cGMPs is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate safe operations in line with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Create a culture of safety; promote zero safety incidents.
• Ensure effective deployment of team members and proper task delegation.
