Loewe busca un Jefe de Cumplimiento en Getafe, responsable de desarrollar un programa de cumplimiento integral y gestionar riesgos en la organización. El candidato ideal contará con más de 15 años de experiencia en el ámbito, habilidades en gestión de riesgos y fluidez en inglés y español. Este rol crítico tiene un enfoque en asegurar la adherencia a normas y la cultura de cumplimiento en la empresa.

Formación

• Más de 15 años de experiencia en cumplimiento y gestión de riesgos.
• Preferiblemente en proyectos complejos internacionales o en industrias de manufactura.
• Fuertes conocimientos de requisitos legales y normativas.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar, implementar y supervisar un programa de cumplimiento y gestión de riesgos.
• Preparar informes de cumplimiento para la alta dirección.
• Establecer sistemas para seguir productos y asegurar cumplimiento.

As Head of Compliance, you will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive compliance and risk management program. This role is critical in ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. You will collaborate with various departments to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, fostering a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

You will report to the Global Quality & Aftersales Director and be based in Madrid (Getafe). You will work closely with the Global Sustainability Department, Internal Control, and Indirect Purchase Departments.

Compliance & Risk Management :

• Oversee product compliance across all Product Categories (except Fragrances and Home Scents), including special projects like Salone di Mobile and global marketing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a compliance program aligned with legal, regulatory requirements, and LVMH's global roadmap.
• Create and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and evolving regulations.
• Stay informed on product-related regulations in relevant markets, organize regulatory monitoring, and access official documentation.
• Implement a duty of vigilance program to identify and address human, social, and environmental risks in the supply chain, including audits and inspections at vendors and suppliers.
• Contribute to the global sustainability strategy and implement the organization's industrial sustainability agenda.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance within the industrial and supply chain scope.
• Establish systems to track products and materials throughout the supply chain and ensure compliance with traceability requirements.

Reporting and Monitoring :

• Prepare compliance and risk management reports for senior management, including the Loewe Supplier Sustainability Committee and LVMH Duty of Vigilance Taskforce.
• Investigate and resolve compliance violations.

Team Management :

• 15+ years of relevant experience in compliance and risk management, preferably with complex international projects or manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of legal requirements, regulations, and manufacturing standards.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written); knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
