A global testing and certification company is seeking a Global Travel Manager to establish and manage an effective global travel program. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or tourism and be proficient in English and Spanish. Key responsibilities include implementing travel processes, negotiating contracts, and analyzing travel expenses. This position offers a permanent contract and a full-time role with a flexible compensation plan including medical insurance and meal vouchers.

We are
seeking a Global Travel Manager reporting to the Chief Purchasing Officer :
World-wide requiring to establish and maintain an effective global travel program.
Assist in the roll out of standard end-to-end travel process, including the launch and administration of online booking tools.
Work with the Chief Purchasing Officer in creating strategies, reviewing trends, and providing data that outline company performance with regards to travel spend and savings potential.
Lead the implementation of global travel initiatives at regional level, supported by the Regional Procurement teams.
Oversee communication efforts to both agencies and travel counsellor groups to ensure employees receive consistent information and quality service.
Assist in negotiating global business travel contracts with vendors (i.e. airlines, hotels,..) Assess current global processes, recommend future processes and help implement changes for standardization of global travel processes.
Recommend changes / updates to Global Travel Policy as needed to reduce cost and / or improve service and reflect best practices.
Analyse data and reports back to department leadership regarding expenses, trends, and recommendations.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, tourism or equivalent work experience required.
