About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of innovative, AI-driven products within our Emerging AI team in Barcelona. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong technical background and a track record of building products from concept to deployment. You will be at the forefront of transforming cutting-edge AI research into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of new AI-based products — from ideation and proof of concept to full-scale product delivery.
• Collaborate closely with algorithm research teams, product managers, and project stakeholders to define product architecture and ensure successful execution.
• Build and mentor a high-performing development team; foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and technical excellence.
• Drive system design decisions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and ensure alignment with long-term product strategy.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through effective project planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing complex software projects
• Strong background in full stack development and system-oriented architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI / ML-based products is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
