Job Description :

A vacancy for an Industrial Maintenance Engineer within the #AirbusGetafePlant Manufacturing Engineering organization.

The position is based in Getafe.

The owner will be integrated with the HTP team and the central maintenance team, responsible for one of the HTP's production lines.

The Maintenance Engineer coordinates maintenance tasks according to the annual budget, related maintenance plans, and unplanned maintenance tasks. Additionally, the engineer contributes to ensuring plant availability and performance KPIs based on technical objectives of availability and quality.

Responsibilities include:

• Participating in acquisition projects of new assets by providing maintenance requirements and expertise to optimize maintainability during production entry.
• Ensuring the Maintenance Department receives all necessary documentation to optimize maintenance activities on new assets.
• Analyzing failures and faults, implementing actions to prevent recurrence using PPS methodology.
• Ensuring technical plant availability within the field of activity.

Candidate profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Engineering degree or technical degree with IT skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Experience in composite fields is highly valued but not mandatory.
• Negotiation skills in English and Spanish.
• Autonomy, eagerness to learn, ability to manage conflicts, stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risks, and manage diverse scenarios.
