Job Title: Luxury Rental Receptionist

We are a consolidated Business Group dedicated to providing services related to Tourism, short-term rentals, and flexible accommodations. We are seeking a Luxury Rental Receptionist to be the main liaison between the company and its guests, ensuring a 5-star experience from the first contact.

Job Functions:
  1. Provide exceptional support to guests throughout their stay, acting as the main point of contact via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
  2. Build long-term relationships with guests.
  3. Ensure effective communication with other departments and management.
  4. Respond promptly to all communication across platforms throughout the day.
  5. Manage bookings from OTAs, direct channels, and agents in our PMS, maintaining up-to-date records.
  6. Address guest queries and provide unique experiences to convert inquiries into bookings.
  7. Track and update all leads in the PMS.
  8. Coordinate the booking process with the administrative team from contract to payment and deposit return.
  9. Generate and send reports on owner bookings and obtain necessary approvals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Training in Hospitality and Tourism or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a receptionist or similar role.
  • Specialized training as a receptionist is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and broad interests.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in Dutch, German, or French is advantageous.
  • Understanding of Luxury Travel and Travelers.
  • Positive, helpful attitude.
  • Excellent, adaptable communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and meet deadlines.
